After a moment of thought, he completes the dish by adding some pickled red onions and a small cucumber salad. The cucumbers are quickly yet meticulously cut into the shape of flowers with the trimmings added in to make them look almost like shooting stars. A creative way to avoid food waste. Dan Heng pours some dressing into small containers and places them neatly within the bento boxes. He looks critically down at what he's accomplished and nods as he closes them up.]
